My name is Kateryna Kuzmychova. I know, I know my name is a mouth full, and I have my Russian and Ukrainian background to thank for it. My deeply ingrained and culturally rich background allows for me to have a more diverse and open-minded perspective.

As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) from the University of Washington, I can perform psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and other forms of treatment that follow best evidence-based research guidelines and practices.

I specialize in treating adults, 18 years old and older, on a broad spectrum of mental health disorders. I am a strong believer that every person has an abundant source of self-efficacy and self- resilience, and I, as a Nurse Practitioner, am there to unlock that potential. I listen carefully to all of my patients and their experiences, and then collaborate with them and find the best course of action for their betterment.

I hold a Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) from the University of Washington. This title allows me to perform psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and other forms of treatment that follow best evidence-based research guidelines and practices.

Researching alternative methods of treatment is one of my passions, and my current project was designated to TMS treatment, known as “Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation: Patient-Centered Outcome Measures.” I also feel passionate about music and art and have a previous degree in Music and a BA as an Expert in Art.

I look forward to meeting you and lighting up your path with my knowledge and skills to your well-being and self-improvement.
