My Approach to Your Care
If you’re struggling with your mood, anxiety, focus, stress, or simply don’t feel like yourself, you may be looking for more than a diagnosis or a prescription. You may want someone who will take the time to understand what you’re experiencing, what may be contributing to it, and what you hope will change.
That is where I like to begin.
I’m Ganiv Kahlon, a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I provide integrative, trauma-informed psychiatric care with an emphasis on thoughtful, evidence-based treatment and genuine collaboration.
I believe mental health symptoms are important, but they are only one part of your story. Your physical health, relationships, stress, past experiences, daily routines, and life circumstances can all influence how you feel. Understanding that bigger picture helps us develop a treatment plan that fits you, rather than simply treating a list of symptoms.
What You Can Expect
I want our visits to be a space where you feel comfortable being open about what is working, what isn’t, and what matters most to you.
My role is to bring clinical knowledge, guidance, and treatment options to the conversation. Your role is equally important. I want to understand your values, preferences, concerns, and goals so that we can make treatment decisions together.
Above all, I hope you leave our visits feeling heard, respected, and clearer about your next steps.

A Little More About Me
I grew up in Washington, so it is especially meaningful to have the opportunity to care for people in the community that helped shape me.
Outside of work, you’ll often find me outdoors—hiking, kayaking, spending time by the water, or rollerblading. I also enjoy traveling, baking, and spending time with family and friends.
The things that help me stay grounded are often simple ones: nature, movement, good food, meaningful connection, and the chance to explore somewhere new.
