Anxiety

What is anxiety?

Anxiety is a common, normal response to stress that may vary or fluctuate. Sometimes, it can become overwhelming though, and make it difficult to function as you usually do. If your anxiety turns into a panic (a sense of dread) or you have difficulty accomplishing your daily activities, it is important to get evaluated.
