Are you or your child struggling with sadness, irritability, anxious thoughts, or troubling mood swings?

Is it difficult for you to focus on the task at hand or for you to get through a whole day’s work?

Have you noticed a tendency for overblown reactions or a certain pattern of behavior you just can’t seem to get a hold of?

If you are experiencing any of these situations, you are not alone and you are not out of options. Our mental well-being is one of the most important, yet often neglected aspects of our lives. With the help of a mental health professional, we can better manage the stressors of our busy lives and address the underlying issues that lead us to suffering.

Who Am I?

My name is Greg Keating-Zorn and I am a Nurse Practitioner who specializes in providing care for those with psychiatric, behavioral, and mental health needs. I was born and raised in upstate New York and now call the Pacific Northwest my home along with my wife and two dogs. For the last decade I have worked and trained at hospitals across the country predominately treating children and adolescents. Experienced in caring for the adult population as well, I can competently treat individuals dealing with a wide range of mental health needs such as depression, anxiety, Bipolar, PTSD, ADHD, OCD, ASD, and disruptive conduct disorders. My first-hand knowledge of the healthcare system prepares me to navigate its intricacies while ensuring you or your child receive the appropriate care that is optimal for your health goals.

Philosophy of Care

Treatment begins and ends with the individual. I believe that we are the experts of our own bodies and it is my job to work collaboratively with you to understand how we may best address your concerns holistically. This means we will manage your health at the level of the mind, body, and your relationships. You may be coming to me with a mental health issue in mind, but it is imperative we work with the greater context in which it is happening. The treatment plan will be catered to you and your family’s specific needs and be presented in realistic steps that set you up for success.

What to Expect at Your First Appointment

Our first appointment will range from 60-90 minutes. During this time, you can tell me what aspects of your health you find most concerning and where you would like us to focus our efforts. I will review your and your family’s psychiatric and medical history as well as aspects of your lifestyle such as diet/exercise habits, work/academic satisfaction, and how you tend to relate to others. Together we can decide how we can best support you in progressing towards your health goals. This may include medication, therapy, mindfulness techniques, lifestyle adjustments, and other wellness interventions. If you are seeking care for your child or teenager I will initially meet with you both and then speak to you individually.
